Read here, the disturbing tale of an eighth grader who spiked his teacher's coffee with urine. The most bizarre aspect of this tale is that the student was busted when a jar of urine was found in his locker - eeeeewwwww!

If I were a teacher there, I'd pursue assault charges. Actions like this cannot go uncorrected, and expulsion for a year is not sufficient correction.
Yes, I agree. Press charges and sue for danmages. I wonder if a suit against the school and it's administartors for having an unsafe workplace would motivate administrators to make sure these punks were probably disciplined and held accountable for their actions?
