What was that about "greedy" corporations?

What was it Hillary Clinton said about the oil companies? "I want to take those profits...."? I think the federal government is already doing an admirable job. While the bottom 50% of all of our country's individual taxpayers contributed about $27 billion dollars in income taxes last year, the amount paid just by Exxon Corporation was - are you ready? - $30 billion dollars. Just think, that was but one corporation. Think of all the big corporations out there; think what Microsoft pays.

Just keep that in mind the next time someone tells you the tired line that "the rich don't pay their fair share" of taxes.

Good Day to You, Sir

Mrs. Bill Clinton keeps talking about "taking things away" from people. What do you want her to take from you? Is "taking away" the American way?

But it's ok to tax those companies because they're greedy! =)
