"I don't worry about the Constitution on this, to be honest..."

This video is about three months old, but it is too sweet not to post. Meet Democrat Representative Phil Hare, a congresscritter from Illinois. At the end of a town hall meeting, Rep. Hare was taking more Q&A about Obama's Health Care Deform Bill from some constituents and did a thorough job of making an ass of himself.

Not only does he not care about following the Constitution, even though he took an oath to uphold it, he doesn't even know (or care that he doesn't know) the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

Not surprisingly, Congresscritter Hare currently trails his Republican challenger by 13 points in the latest poll.
