What? You thought John Edwards was honorable?

Some people apparently did, seeing as how they actually worked to try to make him our next president. I don't think there is much to add that you can't figure out for yourself about this walking stereotype of a slimeball lawyer. One thing that did make me chuckle though was a quote from Edwards in his statement in which he admitted cheating on his cancer-stricken wife. You can read his entire statement here, but the money quote is this:
...In the course of several campaigns, I started to believe that I was special and became increasingly egocentric and narcissistic....
John Edwards? Narcissistic? Naaaaah!

Good Day to You, Sir

This looks like a Saturday Night Live skit. It's incredible to watch a grown man slave over his hair to the point of making anyone watching be uncomfortable. The lip wetting at the end was exceptionally creepy. He appeared to be looking for some lip gloss at the end. As Rush calls him, the Breck Girl. Sheesh.

And in another great display of hypocrisy...in the span of a couple of days, the Dems worked to distance themselves from Edwards The Adulterer and then invited Bill Clinton to speak at their Convention.

Geez, Chanman, give the guy a break. How can you blame him for cheating on his wife while she was going thru her chemo? I mean, obviously she wasn't putting out!

And M.A. ...... Bill Clinton can be excused. Afterall, his wife is just plain fugo. (shudder)

This is the single funniest post I've read (or watched) all day. Priceless. I guess you have to get the "maximum value" out of a $400 haircut!!!
